Parent coaching and pediatric OT using a strength-based approach to help children and families shine.

Welcome,

So glad you are here! My work focuses on supporting capacity, regulation, and values-driven responses—rather than behavior management or compliance-based approaches.

I am deeply passionate about this work because I have seen the harm that occurs when children and caregivers are asked to function beyond their capacity—and then blamed when they can’t. My approach is relational, practical, and deeply respectful of neurodivergence, grounded in the belief that regulation and growth come from support, not pressure.

And did I mention fun? Yes—we will have a lot of fun doing this work together. I believe learning should be meaningful, empowering, and enjoyable. Expect plenty of “aha!” moments, practical tools you can actually use, and a lot of laughter along the way.

If this resonates, I invite you to fill out the form at the bottom so we can connect. I can’t wait to meet you.

Rock on!

There are many ways we can work together:

☐ Virtual Parent Coaching: one-on-one virtual sessions focused on understanding your child’s nervous system, expanding capacity, and developing values-driven responses. Ideal for caregivers who want support, insight, and practical tools without adding another appointment to their week.

☐ Sensory Clinic Space: Sessions are held in a sensory-informed clinic environment designed to support regulation, play, and nervous system integration. This setting allows for hands-on sensory experiences, movement, and skill-building in a space intentionally designed for safety and engagement.

☐ School Collaboration & Consultation: Consultation with educators and school teams to support consistency across environments. This may include classroom observation, strategy development, and collaboration around IEP goals and regulation supports.

☐ Parent Coaching & Education: Individualized coaching that helps caregivers understand capacity, nervous system needs, and how to respond with clarity and confidence—without relying on behavior management or compliance-based strategies.

☐ Caregiver Support & Reflection: Space for caregivers to slow down, reflect, and receive support themselves. Because when caregivers are supported, children benefit too.

☐ In-Home Support: Support provided in your home to meet your child and family where life actually happens. This may include observation, coaching, sensory and regulation support, and collaborative problem-solving around routines, transitions, and daily demands.
